Pepfactants™

Pepfactants™ are a new class of surfactants that have the unique property of being able to reversibly stabilize and break emulsions and foams.

Pepfactants™ are rationally designed biodegradable peptide surfactants that allow the creation of a stable emulsion for specialized applications. The emulsion can be ‘switched’ in a reversible fashion to permit complete coalescence of the oil and water phases.
